Vintage signed portrait oil painting on board

This vintage oil painting on board is of an older woman, who I think has a very calm and steadfast look! It's a beautiful portrait in lovely colours and a great size to either prop somewhere or have framed and hung. It's signed and in good vintage condition and I think it's a French painting by origin.
