These vintage handcrafted terracotta urns originate from Turkey. Typically, they would have been used for preserving and transporting various local delicacies, such as olive oil, grains, fruits, and wine throughout Europe. Terracotta with a beautiful green glaze.

Each pitcher has its own unique character and beautiful patina. These are not considered flaws, but contribute to its charm!

I love these as flower vases or they make a statement with just a few dried seed heads.
