A small french makers stamp is present on the base. This bowl is in vintage condition with a chip on the rim as shown, but still very pretty and lovely in a cottage kitchen display.

Found in Southern Brittany, commonly used for dipping bread or croissants at breakfast time into such a bowl full of café au lait or hot chocolate, or as popular in past , roasted chicoree and milk.
